Staying Healthy Together Through the COVID19 Pandemic

At Pacific Sleep, a healthy life through healthy sleep has always been our mission. Since the onset of the COVID19 pandemic, we have worked tirelessly to continue to provide support to people with sleep concerns. While some other similar businesses have chosen to shut down, we have remained here for you, and we will continue to do so.


As a health care provider, we have always been focused on providing clean and healthy spaces for our customers. Even so, we have increased our cleaning and sanitising measures to ensure everyone’s safety. We have moved some of our services online, and we offer remote support via telehealth for patients who require it. Our waiting rooms now have reduced seating to comply with social distancing regulations.


Our employees are front-line health care workers. They are passionate about sleep health, and they work tirelessly to ensure your journey towards healthy sleep is safe. While their level of care for you is the same, you will notice they are now wearing extra personal protective gear in order to ensure that everyone is kept safe and well.


We continue to offer telehealth consultations, DVA home visits and remote services in regional areas for those members of our community who have difficulty attending our clinics in person. Our increased safety procedures, in line with NSW Health guidelines, are designed to keep all members of our community safe.
